Adam Deviney, Artist and Owner
Adam Deviney was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He spent many summers as a child on the family farm in the rural town of Bruceville, Texas. He attended college at the University of Texas at Austin, where he studied a broad range of fine arts including theatre, dance, music, design, and film.
After moving back to DFW from Austin in 2005, he apprenticed as a painter with an established artist for a year and began his career as a professional visual artist. He has participated in numerous group art exhibitions for local charities. Adam had a solo exhibition at Metropolitan Press in 2008 called “Vessel”, and he was the in-house artist for Ligne Roset furniture in Highland Park for several years. With a little over 15 years professional experience painting, Adam has focused primarily on private sales and commissions.
He currently paints every day in his studio based in Garland, Texas.
“I’m a firm believer that art can bring joy and peace to your life and your home. I paint every day. I am particularly inspired by organic geometry and abstracting landscapes. I love creating playful works, using acrylics, inks and mixed media to creatively express the lens of my emotions and experience.”
